Before his legal career, Hannu worked in the banking sector in Finland and abroad for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in leading and developing corporate and credit banking operations, as well as in carrying out mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews and contract processes. His strong financial and business expertise gained in the banking sector is highly valued by our clients.
