Juha Kukkonen

Juha has several years of experience in matters relating to housing company law, residential and real estate law, including the preparation of agreements, matters concerning maintenance responsibilities, and assisting in situations involving the taking of possession of an apartment, as well as disputes relating to residential property and real estate transactions.

Juha has represented and assisted clients in court mediation and before courts, including District Courts, Courts of Appeal, Administrative Courts and the Land Court. In addition to his broad experience in dispute resolution, Juha’s legal expertise also includes intellectual property rights and data protection.
