Kaisa Ajakainen

Kaisa specialises in dispute resolution, criminal matters and representing clients before courts. She also has experience in a wide range of legal assignments, including matters relating to contract law, commercial law, and family and inheritance law. She is also familiar with generational changes in companies and the related tax issues.

Kaisa assists both private individuals and companies in civil, criminal and application matters from the beginning of the process through to its conclusion. In civil matters, she represents our clients not only in court proceedings but also in settlement negotiations, both in and out of court. In criminal matters, Kaisa supports our clients from pre-trial investigation interviews through to criminal proceedings.
