Ville Mielonen has been with the firm since 2009. He graduated from the University of Helsinki with a Master of Laws degree in 2011. As a lawyer, he advises companies operating both in Finland and internationally. His clients represent a wide range of business sectors, including the paper industry, logistics and the technology sector. He also assists start-up companies.
His areas of expertise include contract law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate arrangements, employment law, and insolvency matters.
Ville also represents our clients before courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as in settlement proceedings.
