Almgren & Sankamo is a law firm with its roots in 1984. Our strengths include the comprehensive management of corporate legal affairs, providing solutions to legal problems for individuals, and handling demanding litigation and arbitration processes.
Successful business calls for a proactive approach and timely legal consulting. We provide legal services for the entire life cycle of the company, from the preparation of the foundation documents to change of ownership.
We have over 30 years’ experience in assisting businesses. We currently work in several companies as an in-house lawyer. In this approach, a monthly fee entitles to the legal services needed by the client.
Almgren & Sankamo currently represents and assists several multinational companies and their Finnish subsidiaries in Finland. We deal with international assignments and cross-border negotiations, drafting contracts and other documents in English, Swedish and German whenever necessary.
